A,Driver is waiting for you at the designated Meeting Spot for 30 minutes free of charge. After passing 30 minutes, Extra Time Charge is incurred. Please pay it directly to the driver.
If you do not come 1 hour or more, the reservation is considered as NO SHOW Cancellation, Cancellation Charge is incurred.
Q,Can I drop off the car on the way for a toilet, shopping, rest etc.?
A,Unfortunately. no. You can NOT drop off the car on the way (including the cases for a toilet, shopping, rest etc.) under the ""Airport Transfer"" contract.

Q,Can I change the destination to go while driving?

Q,Is there any fee I should pay other than the Taxi fee?
A,The fee in the Confirmation Email includes JP Government approved Time Base Taxi Fare, Expressway toll, Bridge crossing fee.

TOCOO!LEGAL TAXi is calculated on a Time Basis Fare.In case you are late for the scheduled pick up time 30 minutes or more, OR in case the finish time (reaching the destination time) is later than the standard required time due to the Non-driver-responsibility, e.g. a traffic jam etc., Extra Time Charge is incurred every 30 minutes. Please pay the charged fee directly to the driver."
