COOCOM CO., LTD.(hereafter referred to as "our company" "we") offers Internet Travel booking service.Customers personal information obtained through our service and staff information(including the specific personal information, hereafter referred to as "Personal Information") are the important resource for developing and improving our services.We are conscious that protecting it is our important social responsibility. Therefore, we handle the personal information obtained via our service in accordance with the following policy so that we offer relief to the customers and staff and take the social responsibilities.

We offer an Inquiry Desk for personal information so that we will take prompt and sincere action for complaint or inquiry.

5．Continuous improvement
・Our personal information management system will monitor and audit compliance of the internal regulations so that we find any violation, incident, accident, weakness earlier to have a revision of the management.We set them on our internal management regulations to maintain the information protection management system continuously.
・We will comply with laws and regulations and JIS Q 15001 for updating.
