COOCOM CO., LTD.(hereafter referred to asreferred to as either the Company, We, Us or Our in this Agreement) provides the TOCOO! LEGAL TAXi reservation website (hereafter referred to as this/our service, the Service).
We request users to read the Terms and Conditions before using our service.
◆Assumption
We are the agent selling the taxi transportation service of the taxi company licensed by the Japanese Government(hereafter referred to as the supplier) .These Terms and Conditions must be applied when a customer uses our transportation service. Customers must read and confirm these Terms and Conditions before using.
By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions.
◆Reservation
Reservation of TOCOO! LEGAL TAXi can be applied from 180 days to 4 days before the pick up date.We will send the result of the application, confirmed or not confirmed within 24 hours. Applications sent on Saturday, Sunday, National Holiday in Japan are replied within 24 hours from the next business day. There is a case an application is not confirmed due to being sold out of the fleet of the supplier. Please be sure to input your Email and the cell phone can be accessed in Japan.
◆Supplier
We associate with the suppliers officially licensed by the Japanese Government.Customers can take the compensation coverage insurance in case of an accident. The service agreement must be executed between the customer and the supplier. We will send the actual supplier information after the confirmation.Please be sure to confirm the agreement of the supplier before use.
◆Prices Policy for Our Service
The price includes Time based fare which is authorized by the Japanese Government, highway toll, bridge crossing fee. Foreign language guide/attendant fee, admission charges of facility etc. are excluded and extra charge is incurred if you have.
The prices listed on our website are the prices per 1 car, it is not changed according to the number of passengers.
◆Payments for Our Service
All amount of the fee in the confirmation Email must be paid beforehand by the registered credit card.After the reservation is applied, we will send you a result Email, showing confirmed or not confirmed, within 24 hours. In case the reservation is confirmed, we charge all the fee at the same time. In case of unconfirmed, any fee is not charged.
◆Delay Penalty
Our service is Time-based Fare. We will inform you of the standard required time to the destination beforehand.
In case of taking longer than the standard required time due to the Non-driver-responsibility, e.g. a traffic jam etc., you must pay the extension charge to the driver.
In this case, the driver offers the Invoice of the extension charge, please pay directly to the driver with cash or credit card.
The driver stands by at the pick up time you designated. If the service starts late because of your reason, you need to pay for the delay penalty.

◆Pick up
Supplier lets stand by the driver at the designated time and the location with holding the board of the name of the customer.There is a case using the Taxi service is refused, if the number of passengers or the number of luggage (luggage must be calculated with 24inches suitcase size) is over than you booked.The driver of our service can speak only the Japanese language.Chartered Taxi Service can be offered with foreign language guide/attendant with the extra charge.
◆Change Destination, Get Off the Car while the service
For Airport Taxi transfer, the destination can not be changed upon arrival / while driving. Dropping off the car while using the service can not be allowed including a toilet rest.
◆Our responsibility
We transfer booking requests to the Taxi Suppliers as their agent. We do not take responsibility for all the problems caused by this Taxi service. We are responsible only for showing the services provided by the suppliers on our website.We are not responsible for the service you receive from the supplier, nor for the loss or damage of your belongings while using.We are responsible for accidents caused by our fault. We provide the information about the service contents informed from the supplier beforehand.We are not responsible for any change of the service content that the supplier does not notify us in advance or any incorrect information provided from the supplier.
◆Accidental force
Services may be cancelled or altered due to factors beyond our or the suppliers' control, in case of natural disasters e.g. floods, fires, earthquakes etc., riots, conflicts,wars, strikes, government orders, civil disturbance and disruption of transportation. And in this case the fees are non-refundable.
◆The Responsibility of customers
Customers must come with the copy of the confirmation Email we sent. Please be sure to confirm the content of the confirmation Email in advance. Emergency contact and the supplier's information are included in the confirmation Email.In case you can not use the service as scheduled due to a flight cancellation, delay etc.,please contact directly to the supplier or the emergency contact immediately. If the reservation is cancelled without an advanced contact, all the fees are non-refundable.
◆Cancellation from cutomers
If you would like to cancel the reservation, please request us via Email.Cancellation request is processed only during the business hours.Any of alteration can not be made, once the reservation is confirmed.In case of alteration needed, please cancel and rebook.
<Cancellation Policy>
No cancellation charge till 24 hours before the pick up time.
Cancellation charge 100% of all the fee is incurred within 24 hours before the pick up time.
◆Cancellation or alteration from the suppliers
If the supplier is unable to provide the service as booked due to certain unavoidable circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible and confirm your use of the service.If we offer an alternative service, any extra charge of the alternate transportation itself is not charged on the customer. However, we will not be liable for any other cost caused.
◆ Prohibited matters
Customers shall not perform any act listed below or similar, when using our service.
Upon discovery of such prohibited matters performed by the Customer, the reservation may be cancelled without giving any notice.
・Acts of using this service for illegal purposes.
・Acts that infringe intellectual property rights such as trademark rights, copyrights, patent rights, portrait rights, etc. of the Company, business partners, or third parties.
・Acts that damage the rights, honor, or credibility of our company, business partners, or third parties, and infringe on privacy.
・Acts that lead to crimes such as fraud.
・Acts of pretending to be another person using this service.
・Acts of erasing or falsifying information of the Company, business partners, or third parties.
・Acts that illegally use facilities of the Company, business partners, or third parties, or infringe on their operation.
・Acts that violate laws and public order and morals.
・Acts that interfere with the operation of this service.
・Acts of using this service for commercial purposes or for purposes other than yourself.
・Acts that benefit anti-social forces such as organized crime groups.
◆About the exclusion of anti-social forces
We notice that customers and their companions who use the Service must be none of the followings.In case you breach this, the Service will not be provided.
We reserve the right in our sole discretion, to cancel any other agreement relating to the suspension of the use of any of our services, including the cancellation of the contract with the customer or the services provided to the customer, or to make the necessary cancellation.
・Measures for demanded damage compensation (including legal measures)
・An organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, a related company or association of an organized crime group, and any other equivalent person of above
・Extortionists
・Social movements, etc.
・Special intelligence gangs, their affiliates, etc.
・Groups or individuals who use violence, power or fraud for financial gain
